Based on these pillars, we divided our business into three main segments, in order to achieve the plan in four years.
In the first year, we aim to expand our possibility.
As I explained before, I think that @cosme holds very high potential.
First of all, we should expand this possibility in a proper fashion.
I think that now is the time. We will expand our business area and develop the organization structure to make it possible.
Then, while providing various services that would be successful or that would be unsuccessful, we will find out the patterns leading to victory.
During this period, we will select services that would generate revenues, and invest funds and human resources aggressively in the third year in the business that we would expect to grow in the future.
In the fourth year, we will reap the harvest of profits and will prepare for the phase of growth and evolution.
We have given the name of “Road to 2020” to this four-year plan.

In order to develop this plan, 50 to 60 management members gathered together and spent two or three months to determine the figures.
If you see these figures one by one, you would think that each of them is achievable.
All of us have reaffirmed that potential of istyle is becoming bigger and stronger year by year.
I know that our goals of sales of 50 billion yen and operating income of 7 billion yen is very ambitious, but we do not think that it is not impossible to achieve such goals.
We have a confidence in our ability to achieve this plan.
