First, I will touch upon the key features of OMRON’s sustainability initiatives on this slide. I will run through all the points on this slide, given that it is also a summary of the key takeaways for today’s presentation. The first key point is the formulation of the OMRON Sustainability Policy. The policy is integrated with the medium-term management plan, within which we have set targets and KPIs for sustainability. We have set our targets in such a way that achieving our medium-term management plan objectives will also mean we have achieved our sustainability targets, which also contribute to the SDGs. The second key point I would like to make is that in identifying sustainability issues, we focused on getting buy-in from all employees by highlighting OMRON’s aims of ‘Solving social issues through our businesses’ and ‘Responding to expectations of our stakeholders’ as they focused on sustainability in the context of their daily tasks. The third key point is the fact that the Sustainability Policy has been set out by the Board of Directors and that it is the Board which bears responsibility for monitoring and oversight of initiatives related to sustainability issues. The fourth point is that OMRON has adopted third-party sustainability assessments as a KPI for determining medium- to long-term performance-based compensation for senior management. Finally, the fifth point is that in the interest of deepening engagement with stakeholders, we will disclose our Sustainability Policy, targets, KPI and status updates in a variety of media, including the Integrated Report. We believe the roots of our sustainability initiatives date back to the time of our Founder, Kazuma Tateishi. Please turn to the next slide.
