First, I will give a brief summary of our financial results. Sales of products rose 1.8% from the previous year, to 115,085 million yen. The number of products shipped increased 2.3% year on year in the first half, 1.4% in the second half and 1.9% on a full-year basis. Shipments in the second half were adversely affected by last year’s intercalary. Looking at a breakdown of sales by product, tray sales stood at 27,579 million yen, down 3.8% from the previous year, as we reexamined unprofitable transactions amid the continued price war for general-purpose trays. Meanwhile, sales of lunchboxes and prepared food containers rose 5% from the previous year, to 80,660 million yen, reflecting the brisk sales of new products centered around heat- and cold-resistant Multi FP. Among others, sales of Multi FP and “Multi Solid,” which is created by efficiently using the material remnants produced in the manufacturing process for Multi FP, sharply increased 81% year on year, to 8.8 billion yen. Sales of commodities rose 1.2% from the previous year, to 43,106 million yen. As a result, total sales of products and commodities increased 1.6% year on year, to 158,192 million yen. Sales have continued to increase for three consecutive fiscal years, leading to record-high sales. Ordinary income rose 1.1% from the previous year, to 15,122 million yen. On a special note, a non-operating item of 319 million yen, which was borne as development charges, was recorded. This is because part of the cost was received from a machinery maker as non-operating income due to a delay in introducing products into the market, which was attributable to a delay in the delivery of biaxially stretched PET sheets. If this were considered to be a reversal of costs, operating income would have increased. Full-scale production has now begun for biaxially stretched PET products. Net income rose 9.3% year on year, to 8,846 million yen. Ordinary income and net income have continued to increase for five consecutive fiscal years, reaching a record high.
