We have introduced voice picking. I did not anticipate that it would increase production efficiency, or productivity, to such an extent. Previously, sorting efficiency was 300 packs per hour. Now, it is more than 700 packs per hour. At the moment, we have 1,100 pickers, and we deploy them for secondary picking. The productivity of this process has more than doubled. As a whole, productivity has increased by around 20%. This means that the same amount of work could be carried out if we made a reduction of 200 part-time workers, but we have not cut any part-time jobs at all.
