Another story is that we built studio apartment-type company dormitories, one in the city of Chikusei in the Kanto region in January this year, and the other in the town of Wanouchi-cho in the Chubu region in March. I think that this is very good for our employees. Each unit is 30 square meters in size, or 18 tatami mats. We are proud of this size because it enables a kitchen to have a counter across from the sink and stove. Fantastic, isn't it? Each unit is furnished with a bed, a refrigerator, and a washing machine with a dryer. The units are therefore fully furnished. At the moment, 120 of the 150 units are occupied. If we try to hire new high school graduates in Ibaraki prefecture today, we do not receive any applicants. We have to conduct recruitment activities in a larger area. In this sense, I think that facilities like these were built at the right time. Earlier, I mentioned the Kanto Eco PET Plant. The Chubu Eco PET Plant was completed last year. Forty personnel carefully selected from around the country were assigned to it. The Kanto Eco PET Plant will definitely need around 40 workers. I believe that it will achieve full operation as soon as it commences operation.
