By the second half of this fiscal year training for the awareness of male management has been planned, further for the promotion and skill up of the female management early stage training has been planned. We are planning for a 20% female management positions by the year 2015, and we will be very persistent to meet this checkpoint. The motivation of skilled female employees is increased, so that they could take important posts in the company. An environment and a system to continuously improve the management effectiveness is being planned, a target value is setup so that a steady growth can be achieved.
