00:45:54.6 We shall go on to explain about the balance sheet projection for domestic department stores. Domestic department stores shall take the maximum advantage of the strength of our group combining Shopping center operations, and we aim to develop a variety of stores that suit that size and regional characteristics. We are looking at a profit of 8.2 billion yen in the fiscal year 2015 with an acceleration of omni channels for enhancing customer convenience and further development of product characterization and sales along with steady uptake of inbound demand, promotion of customer relationship and expansion considering various perspectives. On the earnings front, are looking at increased earnings of +800 million yen in operating income and such achieved on account of revenue growth, and an increase in earnings of +1 billion yen on ordinary income. Furthermore, as for net income, we have recorded a +4.2 billion yen earnings on sale of investment securities by selling H2O stocks, however there were also special factors pertaining to the revenue from the sale of fixed assets associated with the sale of real estates in Funabori and Yokohama last year and increase in the loss from disposal of fixed assets, all of which are expected to contribute to a decline of 1.7 billion yen in this year's revenue.
