The MS&AD Group will implement the next medium-term management plan from FY2014. We are discussing the details of the next medium-term management plan, including the term of the plan, numerical targets, and growth strategies. Now let me outline the plan. Please refer to page 19. The basic strategy of the next medium-term management plan is expanding the entire Group's corporate value, primarily through sustainable growth and improvements in earnings power and capital efficiency. As described in "Our understanding of the environment" on the slide, we anticipate significant changes in the macro environment, both in Japan and overseas, in the insurance market, and in regulations, over the medium term. The Group will make adequate preparations and will develop a system for speedy business operations, viewing change as opportunity. More specifically, the holding company will take the lead in strengthened the Group's governance system, and the Group will complete the reorganization by function to achieve growth and efficiency. Meanwhile, the Group will promote enterprise risk management, striking a balance between risk, return, and capital. Through these initiatives we will achieve sustainable growth and an improvement in earnings power and, as a result, will expand our corporate value.
