Through reorganization by function, the Group will clarify the business concept of the two core non-life insurance companies and life insurance subsidiaries and will provide several options to customers. By doing this, we will establish a structure for accurately meeting needs in different markets and customers’ diversified needs. MSI and ADI will each execute their individual strategies, making the most of their individual strengths, to accelerate sustainable growth.
