・ This page describes two initiatives to achieve the second goal, leveraging synergies.
・ An initiative similar to MSI’s “role innovation,” which has improved productivity, has also been introduced at ADI. Meanwhile, ADI’s expertise on dealing with auto accidents is shared by MSI. Consequently, the loss ratio of MSI has been improved dramatically.
・ MSI and ADI have been steadily promoting the joint use of their facilities as well as initiatives. For example, MSI has started to use ADI’s automobile research center in Higashifuji. The expertise of MSI’s management support center is shared by ADI.
