So how will we now pursue rationalization within the Company in this environment? We have introduced robots in our plants, and we plan to use robots in 15 to 18 lines by the end of the current fiscal year. If things go well, we will be able to rationalize about 100 persons. Roughly three to four persons are needed for one line. If you calculate rationalization based on the assumption of using lease, you will see how much we can benefit. Because we have been developing our products in this way for many years, we are able to expand robots now. This is something that other companies cannot imitate right away. Another area of rationalization is picking, which takes the most time. We provide a picking service, alleviating the burdening in terms of time and hassle. We pick the necessary volume of products and then deliver them to individual stores in bags or cases. In this picking process, we have successfully introduced voice-activated picking. If things go well, we will be able to rationalize 300 persons, or 200 persons at least. There are about 1,100 persons who currently handle picking, and we will be able to rationalize about 250 persons through voice picking system. What we worried the most in terms of personnel is the recruitment of high-school graduates who will eventually become operators. We were able to hire 200 high-school graduates this year, and we also want to recruit at least another 200 high-school graduates this fiscal year and the next.
