As such, we are constructing company accommodations so that we can hire one or two graduates from high schools across the country because we cannot hire them from schools near our plants now, even though we will need to hire many next year. We plan to build very high-grade studio apartments as the company accommodations to attract graduates across the country. If we want to attract excellent human resources, we have to build high-grade apartments that will make them say "Wow!" This is the reason why we are building these company accommodations. Our employees who have been transferred also rent apartments, but we plan to have them use the company accommodations as well because 151 rooms are available. Thus, we think that those scheduled to be transferred will accept the offer even if it is difficult. We are also able to prepare rooms for workers that we acquire across the country. For these reasons, I think that EP Corporation will be able to solve nearly all of its human resources problems. Thanks to these efforts, the Company has been growing in popularity, and we have become a company capable of selecting who we wish from those who apply when we recruit new employees for sales and administration. This is because our sales and profits are growing, and because TV programs and newspaper articles are talking about FP Corporation.
