Next, I will discuss initiatives to build a strong brand. At the outset, I spoke of the first vision for 2025, “Become a brand that is ‘different’ from others by enhancing distinctiveness,” and the second, “Engage in business activities that resonate with customers by putting them center-stage.” One aspect of our brand strengthening effort is to place the highest importance on connections between people and aspire to engage in activities in which SUBARU, dealers, customers, and the community interact and be loved by the people involved in those activities. The photos here show examples from the U.S. and Japan. In the U.S., Subaru engages in social contribution activities under the name Love Promise that have been well received by dealers and customers. In Japan, Fan Community activities such as those shown here have gradually gained impetus. Although specific activities may differ in each market, we have engaged in activities with the same basic concept. Through activities uniquely possible for SUBARU, we aspire to be a brand that is a little different from other brands and that cannot be imitated.
