Next, I will discuss SUBARU’s digital strategy. This should be considered one possible approach, for we intend to carefully consider and start full-fledged activities as we go forward. This is an initiative to consider the progress of IoT, AI, and other advanced technologies and what SUBARU will do and what sort of company we want to be in what these days is called the connected car era. Although even now we have data from the cars of many customers obtained through connected car services centered on telematics, utilization of that data remains limited. It is a trait of carmakers to struggle to break free from car-centric thinking. For this reason, this will be an activity in which we collaborate with external partners from different industries, broaden our perspective to areas not connected with cars, and study in depth what kind of new value we can provide to customers.
