8/22 Efforts to Become a Company that Does the Right Thing in the Right Way－Corporate culture reforms－

From this point onward, I will explain the details of each initiative. As I have just said, we consider corporate culture reforms an immediate urgent issue and are using the powerful slogan “Change the Culture.” An investigation of the final inspection problem is ongoing, and in light of the investigation results we intend to take appropriate measures to address the essential issues and become a company that never repeats such a mistake. We have already begun initiatives to create a company that does things the right way, and first of all we intend to strengthen compliance, reinforce governance groupwide and bolster our own management capabilities to administer compliance and governance.
