Since we know that corporate culture reforms cannot be accomplished overnight, we will take additional time and continuously implement reform efforts. As indicated on the slide, we will progressively change to a culture that enables people to work energetically, starting with senior management. The part about strengthening the critical thinking abilities of individual employees is an expression of my own commitment, and we intend to change systems, mechanisms, and organizations in order to accomplish this. Although we previously defined eight priority areas for CSR activities, we have now redefined them into six priority areas with linked content, clearly expressing our commitment to respond to the society’s expectations and defining priorities specific to Subaru. We intend to step up activities in these priority areas. In addition, I want to systematize our activities and ensure that they are well-organized.
